The Chief Commissioner Attorney at law. Mr. Janaprith Fernando announced the appointment of Col. Retd.)Padmalal Perera as the new National Training Commissioner with effect from 1st July 2023.
He also thanked the outgoing National Training Commissioner Mr. Gamini Somathilaka for the services rendered during his term of office and wished him well.
