The District Commissioner for Homagama Dr Anil Perera presented a plaque of Appreciation to Chief Commissioner Senior Attorney Janaprith Fernando at the Opening Ceremony of the Hoddoree District Camp held at Panagoda from 21-24 October 2022. The chief commissioner was the chief guest and declared opened the camp.
