“Nutrivention”: Engaging Scouts to improve Nutrition & food availability; and to support the most vulnerable individuals to improve their access to food supplies

We are sending you this form as an application for the competition which is being conducted as one step of the “Nutrivention” project carried out jointly by Sri Lanka Scout Association, Sarvodaya Shramadana Sangamaya and UNICEF. The objective of the competition is to engage scouts to improve nutrition & food availability; and to support the most vulnerable to improve their access to food supplies. You will be required to carry out activities in scout troops to address the above objective. Apart from the activities conducted as scout troops, we encourage each Scout to do activities at their individual level also.

  • Only ONE form should be submitted from a scout troop. Form should be filled by the Scout Leader or a member assigned by the Scout Leader, and should be submitted on or before 05th May 2023.
  • Activities conducted until 31st of May, 2023 will be considered for the competition.
  • Previously submitted applications will be monitored, and applicants who have already applied do not need to re-submit applications.
  • When submitting the form, please include activities that you have planned at the troop level, and individual level by the members of the scout troop.
  • The winners will be selected by the Scout Association of Sri Lanka at the end of the project based on the information provided in this form, and information shared in future reporting forms.
