The District Commissioner together with Asst. District Commissioners, Scout Leaders and President Scouts of Kegalle District presented a stock of Face Masks to the Director of the Kegalle Teaching Hospital on 21-11-2020 to be used at the two Corona Hospitals as a Community Service Project of the District.
1000 Masks valued at Rs.15,000/- have been donated as a first phase of the project.
Second phase of the project is to be carried out when the schools reopen with the assistance of the scout groups under health guidelines.
