Chief Scout Commissioner, Attorney-at-Law Manoj Nanayakkara, has appointed former National Training Commissioner, Mr. M. E. S. Jayasinghe, as the Special Commissioner for Chief Commissioner’s Coordination.
The official letter of appointment was recently presented to Mr. Jayasinghe at the Sri Lanka Scout National Headquarters in Colombo 02.
Mr. Jayasinghe is a veteran who has been actively dedicated to the Scout Movement for over seven decades. He previously served as the 10th National Training Commissioner of the Association from 2009 to 2014, contributing immensely to the advancement of scouting. His vast experience is expected to greatly strengthen the future coordination and strategic initiatives of the Scout Movement.

ශ්රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමයේ හිටපු ජාතික පුහුණු කිරීමේ කොමසාරිස්වරයෙකු වන එම්. ඊ. එස්. ජයසිංහ මහතා, ප්රධාන කොමසාරිස් සම්බන්ධීකරණ කටයුතු පිළිබඳ විශේෂ කොමසාරිස්වරයා ලෙස පත් කර තිබේ. මෙම පත්කිරීම ප්රධාන බාලදක්ෂ කොමසාරිස් නීතිඥ මනෝජ් නානායක්කාර මහතා විසින් සිදු කර ඇත.
මේ සඳහා වන නිල පත්වීම් ලිපිය පසුගියදා කොළඹ 02, ශ්රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ ජාතික මූලස්ථානයේදී ජයසිංහ මහතා වෙත නිල වශයෙන් ප්රදානය කෙරිණි.
දශක හතකට (7) අධික දීර්ඝ කාලයක් පුරා බාලදක්ෂ ව්යාපාරය වෙනුවෙන් සුවිශේෂී සේවාවක් ඉටුකර ඇති එම්. ඊ. එස්. ජයසිංහ මහතා, 2009-2014 කාලසීමාව තුළ ශ්රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමයේ 10 වන ජාතික පුහුණු කිරීමේ කොමසාරිස්වරයා ලෙසද කටයුතු කරමින් බාලදක්ෂ ක්ෂේත්රයේ උන්නතිය උදෙසා විශාල මෙහෙවරක් ඉටුකළ ප්රවීණයෙකි. එතුමාගේ එම අත්දැකීම් බාලදක්ෂ ව්යාපාරයේ ඉදිරි සම්බන්ධීකරණ කටයුතු වඩාත් ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට මහෝපකාරී වනු ඇත.
