DISTRICT ASSESSMENT AT ANURADHAPURA DISTRICT

The District Assessment Team of Sri Lanka Scout Association continued it’s work of assessment in order to raise the standards of the functioning of Scout Districts in line with GSAT Assessment of World Organisation of Scout Movement.

The Anuradhapura Assessment was carried out on Saturday 27th September 2025 at the Anuradhapura Scout District Headquarters. The Team was led by Assistant Headquarters Commissioner Mr. S. Amalaraj along with Assistant Headquarters Commissioner Mr. Sashika Munasinghe. Assistant Headquarters Commissioner Mr. Damith Chaminda was coopted for this assessment.

The District was represented by President of the Branch Association Dr. Tekla Dissanayake, District Commissioner Mr. Sumith Amaratunga, Asst. District Commissioner Admin. Ayodya Rupasinghe, Chairman Priyantha Fernando and Secretary M.A. C. Saagarika.
