At the Pisonyabut Scout Camp, Don Mueang, Bangkok – Scouting in the Asia-Pacific Region with collaboration of สำนักงานลูกเสือแห่งชาติ (NSOT) jointly organized the APR Ticket to Life (TTL) Coordination Workshop.
The course starts on the morning of 16 June 2026 with the opening ceremony, Mr.Settanun Ungkulpasvich, Member of the APR Potential Countries Task Force and International Commissioner of NSOT accompanied by Mr. Jose Rizal C. Pangilinan, the Regional Director, Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Member of the National Scout Executive Board of NSOT, Dr. Wanyada Budhtranon, National Coordinator of Ticket to Life Project of NSOT. The ceremony starts with exchanging of certificates, opening remarks and group photo session
The TTL project is the initiative project of APR Scouting, set to integrate children and young people facing especially difficult circumstances into society through Scouting supporting education, life skills, and social development.
The regional TTL course is held during 16 – 18 June, 2026 with aims to encourage the core values of Ticket to life to the youths in APR Scout, with participation from 8 NSOs including Bangladesh Scouts, Bhutan Scouts Network, The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Gerakan Pramuka Indonesia, Nepal Scouts, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Pengakap Malaysia, and National Scout Organization of Thailand.
This workshop focuses on the framework development between the participants on scouting implementation, strategy, and experience from each different NSOs improving young people through Ticket to Life scouting method, marking the significant progress of the youth diversity and inclusivity development in our region.
