The District Commissioner and Assistant District Commissioners of the Kilinochchi District Scout Branch had the honour of meeting the Chief Commissioner of the Sri Lanka Scout Association, extending their warm greetings and heartfelt wishes.
The distinguished occasion was highlighted by the presentation of garlands, draping of the golden shawl, and the offering of a commemorative memento, symbolizing respect, appreciation, and unity within the Scouting movement.
Furthermore, approval for the Annual Action Plan of the Kilinochchi District Scout Branch was successfully obtained during this meeting.
