In the series of District Assessments carried out by the Sri Lanka Scout Association to enhance the standards of functioning in the districts Assessment was conducted today 4th October 2025 at Moratuwa Piliyandala Scout District at Moratuwa Maha Vidyalaya.
The District was represented by the District Commissioner Mr. S. D. A. Osanda Kumara, Secretary of the Branch Association Ms. M. D. N. Samanthi, Assistant District Commissioners Chrishan Pieris, Chandi Karunaratne, Jayasiri Peiris and Cub Scout Leader Sameera Ranasinghe.
National Headquarters Team comprised of Deputy Chief Commissioner Mr. M.F.S. Muheed, Asst. Headquarters Commissioners Mr. S. Amalaraj (in charge of District Assessment) and Mrs.Swarna Seneviratne.
