Mr. Ruwan Balachandra Provincial Commissioner, and Ms. Padmini Kularatna Assistant District Commissioner – Kalutara, are currently following the 60th Course for Leader Trainers (CLT) of the Bharat Scouts and Guides at Pachmarhi, India.
The programme commenced on 24th June 2026 and will continue until 30th June 2026, bringing together Scout leaders and trainers for an intensive learning and leadership development experience.
Their participation has been coordinated through the joint efforts of the Department of International Scouting and the Department of Training of the Sri Lanka Scout Association.
We wish them a productive and rewarding course as they enhance their knowledge and skills to further strengthen Scouting in Sri Lanka.
