A Meeting of School Principals was held on 6th December 2022 at the Vadamarachchi Zonal Education Office to discuss with principals on the implementation of the APR Project to increase the number of scouts by 1000.
The Deputy Director of Education delivered the Welcome Address.
Mr. M. F. S. Muheed, Deputy Chief Commissioner explained about the Project in detail and requested the support of all Principals to implement the project which was followed by a video presentation on scouting and recent activities.
They were also briefed about the 110 Anniversary Celebrations to be held on 17 December.
District Commissioner Mr. Ranjanathevar and Leader TrainervMr.M. Raveenrhiran addressed the gathering.
Mr. S. Amalaraj, Asst. Headquarters Commissioner gave details of the program to be carried out on 17 December.
