“Meeduma Tharanaya” The film to be produced to market scouting Directed by our own former President scout of LaSalle Open Scout Group of Mutwal, Colombo 15, Lakshman Pushpakumara who had risen to fame in the Teledrama field starting with his own Drama ” Wata Ravuma” as a scout. This film is produced by Sarath Gunasekera and directed by Lakshman Pushpakumara as his first film.
The muhurath Mangalya was held today 3 August 2023 at Tharanganee, Film Corporation Studio in Colombo 7 at the auspicious hour of 9.15 a.m. in the midst of a large and distinguished gathering of artists in the Film and Drama field.
The Sri Lanka Scout Association was represented by Deputy Chief Commissioner M. F.S.Muheed, National Program Commissioner Sarath Matararachchi, and Asst. Chief Commissioner Ruwan Ariyaratne.
Program Commissioner addressed the gathering and gave references and details of the Scout Movement and appreciated the making of a Film to market scouting.
The official Agreement was signed by the Deputy Chief Commissioner and National Program Commissioner on behalf of the Sri Lanka Scout Association and Sarath Gunasekera the Producer.
බාලදක්ෂ කටයුතු ප්‍රවර්ධනය සදහා නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති “මීදුම තරණය” චිත්‍රපටය අධ්‍යක්ෂණය කරනු ලබන්නේ කොළඹ 15, මුට්වාල් හි ලසාල් විවෘත බාලදක්ෂ සමූහයේ හිටපු ජනාධිපති බාලදක්ෂ ලක්ෂ්මන් පුෂ්පකුමාර මහතා විසිනි.
බාලදක්ෂයෙකු ලෙස ඔහු “වට රවුම” නාට්‍යයෙන් පටන්ගෙන ටෙලිනාට්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ ප්‍රසිද්ධියට පත්ව සිටියේය.
සරත් ගුණසේකර විසින් මීදුම තරණය චිත්‍රපටය නිෂ්පාදනය කරන අතර මෙම චිත්‍රපටය ලක්ෂ්මන් පුෂ්පකුමාර මහතාගේ පළමු චිත්‍රපටය අධ්‍යක්ෂණයයි.
එහි මුහුරත් මංගල්‍යය 2023 අගෝස්තු 3 වන දින කොළඹ 7, තරංගනී, චිත්‍රපට සංස්ථා මැදිරියේදී පෙරවරු 9.15 ට සිනමා හා නාට්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ කීර්තිමත් කලාකරුවන් විශාල පිරිසක් මධ්‍යයේ පැවැත්විණි.
ශ්‍රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමය නියෝජනය කරමින් නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන කොමසාරිස් එම්.එෆ්.එස්.මුහීඩ්, ජාතික වැඩසටහන් කොමසාරිස් සරත් මාතරආරච්චි සහ සහාය ප්‍රධාන කොමසාරිස් රුවන් ආරියරත්න යන කොමසාරිස් වරු සහභාගි වූහ.
වැඩසටහන් කොමසාරිස්වරයා රැස්ව සිටි පිරිස අමතා බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරය පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් සිදුකළ අතර බාලදක්ෂ වෙළෙඳ පොළට චිත්‍රපටයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම අගය කළේය.
ශ්‍රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමය වෙනුවෙන් නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන කොමසාරිස් සහ ජාතික වැඩසටහන් කොමසාරිස් සහ නිෂ්පාදක සරත් ගුණසේකර විසින් නිල ගිවිසුම අත්සන් කරන ලදී.
