The 2nd Senior and Rover Scouts Summit

The 2nd Senior and Rover Scouts summit of the Sri Lanka Scout Association is currently underway at the Hilton Colombo. The opening ceremony took place under the auspices of His Excellency Poj Harnpol, the ambassador of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand to Sri Lanka together with the Chief Commissioner, Mr. Janaprith Fernando, Deputy Chief Commissioner, Mr. M. F. S. Muheed, and other commissioners. The summit resource person Mr. Roshanga Wickramasinghe, founder of R n R Consulting Agency conducted a leadership development session for the Scouts. The summit partner, Hilton Colombo conducted a session on dining etiquette and careers in the hospitality trade. As the day progresses, the delegations representing all nine provinces of the country will formulate proposals for the Sri Lanka Scout Association to improve the quality of Scouting on the island.
