Scouts, Leaders, Commissioners led by Chief Commissioner Janaprith Fernando pay their last respects to Late Mr Shanil Perera, a President’s Scout & Scout Master, Life Member SLSA Colombo District Branch during the funeral held this evening in Colombo.
