DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE FOLLOW UP WORKSHOP
The DC Conference was held in July 2020 and decided on several far reaching recommendations.
A workshop was held on 29 July 2020 at NHQ to take stock of the recommendations already made. The Chief Commissioner addressed the DCs and advised as to what is expected of them to take scouting to higher standards. There was an Open Form to discuss issues related to their particular districts. Many issues were brought up and solutions provided. A group breakout session provincial division wise proved more effective in order to enhance scouting. One of the most important discussions that took place was about the Covid 19 situation and to bring back normalcy to scouting. Senior Commissioners made effective presentation.
