GALLE – On June 20, 2026, a special workshop for Cub Scout Leaders in the Galle District was held under the leadership of Ms. Chandrani Fernando, Assistant Chief Commissioner (Cub Scouts and Female Scouting), following an invitation by the Galle District Scout Association.
Valuable contributions to the workshop were made by Mr. Sarath Godakandaarachchi, former National Training Commissioner, alongside Headquarters Commissioners Mr. P. Sanjaya Perera and Mrs. Priyanka Lakmali.
The event was attended by Mr. Chinthaka Kaushalya, District Commissioner for Galle, and Mrs. Achini Kumaravidhana, Assistant District Commissioner (Cub Scouts), along with other Assistant District Commissioners and 40 Cub Scout Leaders from the district.
Participants widely praised the program, consensus being that the workshop was highly successful.
ගාල්ල දිසාවේ පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ආචාර්යවරුන් සඳහා වැඩමුළුවක්
2026 /06/20 වන දින, ගාල්ල දිසා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමයේ ආරාධනයෙන්, සහාය ප්රධාන කොමසාරිස් (පෝතක හා කාන්තා බාලදක්ෂ ) චන්ද්රාණි ප්රනාන්දු මෙනෙවියගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන්, ගාල්ල දිසාවේ පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ආචාර්යවරුන් සඳහා වැඩමුළුවක් පැවැත්විණි. ඒ සඳහා හිටපු ජාතික පුහුණු කිරීමේ කොමසාරිස් සරත් ගොඩකන්දආරච්චි මහතා, මූලස්ථාන කොමසාරිස් වරුන් වන පී සංජය පෙරේරා මහත්මා හා ප්රියංකා ලක්මාලි මහත්මියගෙන්ද ඉතා අගනා දායකත්වයක් ලැබිණි. තවද ගාල්ල දිසාවේ දිසා කොමසාරිස් චින්තක කෞශල්ය මහතා, සහාය දිසා කොමසාරිස් ( පෝතක ) අචිනි කුමාරවිධාන මහත්මිය ඇතුළු සහාය දිසා කොමසාරිස් වරුන්ද, දිසාවේ පෝතක ආචාර්යවරුන් 40 දෙනෙකුද සහභාගී වූහ. වැඩසටහන ඉතා සාර්ථක වූ බව බොහෝ දෙනාගේ අදහස විය.
