To mark World Scout Scarf Day, a special “District Scarf Display Panel,” representing the scarves of all 37 administrative Scout Districts of the Sri Lanka Scout Association, was officially opened on 1 August at the National Scout Headquarters.
The display panel was ceremonially declared open by the Chief Commissioner, Attorney-at-Law Manoj Nanayakkara, and serves as a permanent exhibit celebrating the unique identity and heritage of each Scout District across Sri Lanka.
